Rosa Delgado

Owner & Head Baker

Took over from her parents in 2012. Grew up in the back of the shop, learned to bake before she learned to read.

Pastry Chef

Le Cordon Bleu trained, came home to Indy. Brings French technique to Midwest classics.

Tina Nguyen

Cake Designer

Custom cakes and wedding specialist. Turns visions into edible art.

Jake Morrison

Front of House

Been at Main Street since high school. Knows every regular by name and order.
